  6. lol, u need to jump more and be more explosive period to jump higher, go race your friends in a small distance foot race more often to get that explosive, check out my jump vid im 5′7 also

    i’m 5′8″ and i can also the rim…
    u being 6′2″ and not being able to dunk is wierd…
    my power forward and center players are both 6′2″ and 6′3″ respectively…
    and they both can dunk…
    but seriously, i envy you for being tall…
    you have huge potential in dunking…

  16. i just bought cytogainer it looks very prominent but i am not really sure when to use it…. jacob- i know i will def use it after weight lifting on friday but what bout for the plyos shouuld i still use it… as well as perfect pushup workout w/ abs shoudl i use cytogainer after that as well? basically i dont want any of that fantastic stuff to go to waste=]

  19. I made a jump jacket. Weighted jacket. And with these tips and wearing the jacket through the workouts, i am 6′1 an i can dunk. Working on some facials but they seem to need more strength.
