Vertical Jumping Programs Teaching athletes to jump higher

Vertical Jump Training: Why You Should Increase Your Vertical Leap

Posted on December 16, 2009

Vertical jumping is one of the most vital aspects of any sports. If you have played any team sports such as basket ball of volleyball, you’ll agree with me that your ability to jump high will greatly help you to play better. That is why the vertical jump concept has increased in popularity and keeps increasing.

Vertical leaps are now used as a measure of excellence by coaches, and used as what to brag about amongst team mates. The higher your vertical jump the better you feel and the more pride you have. Especially in basketball, where dunking has become a culture, and each and every basketball player will like to dunk. With the development of vertical jump training systems, dunking is no longer a hard thing to do. All you need to do is train your vertical and you will be able to dunk sooner or latter.

Vertical jump brings so much pride, and makes you play better. Besides, coaches are using it as a sign of excellence. That alone is enough to make us want to improve on our jumps.  It is certainly worth the efforts.

If you are interested in increasing your vertical jump, then there is only one jump training system I can recommend for you. It is Jacob Hiller’s Jump Manual. You probably already know about this program if you’ve been in the industry for a while.

You can read a very comprehensive review on this vertical jump training system here: The 3 In One Vertical Jump Review
