You’re incorrect. First know the terms:
1. Limit Strength – voluntary force
2. Absolute strength- maximum potential force can apply. It’s rare for untrained sedentary folks to use more than 50% their potential.
3. Relative strength – strength per pound
4. Rate of force development
5.Starting strength
6.Reactive strength
One foot use mostly reactive While 2 feet is explosive which is voluntary.

depend’s on situation close to the rim no momentum 2 leg’s, quick break 1 leg cause 2 leg’s will reduce explosiveness and mor eimpact on legs

im 6′3 i can dunk but i cant slam the ball i need the extra like 2 inch boost so i can 2 hand dunk i jump off 1 leg so please help me lol
