just make ur own program with work outs u know or u see n every week increesse it a bit like more reps or more weight i went from 14 inch to 18 n now im at 25 n im aiming for another 3-4 inches in a week in a half 2 weeks n u gotta eat healthy n stretch

Jumping high is very simple assholes if youre peaking it a degree of leaping then its time for strength training. The real training. these assholes cant get to nba even if they jump high but me if i jump high i have power!
