This program is based on scientific principles and at times is hard to know. This program comes with a pdf document with some photos. It is very long, 150 pages, and most of it has exercises descriptions, which according to him helped him gain nearly 20 inches to his vertical.
This program can work, but it is harder to know some exercises by just looking at pictures and reading about it. It misses the aspect of videos by showing you how the exercise is done in reality.
Overall this program isn't terrible and it's cheaper. The program will probably help you, but it does not guarantee a specific gain in your vertical jump. If your budget is limited then this will probably work for you.
