  6. it probably made him a quicker sprinter. as for jumping, its from all his hardwork doing those jumps. the weights have small to do with it.
    if you wanna use weights. try weight vests. they work best.

  7. well my friend would sprint in them and jump around in them and he started touching rim in a couple weeks

  8. take note that they hardly add load to your jumping motion. only loads the kickbacks and knee lifts. reckon about it

  9. they work your calves more, and if you do jumping excercises in with them they will help your vertical

  10. ankle weights do not help your vertical. it works your hamstring doh.

  12. im 12 and i am trying to dunk on 11ft. goals but i can dunk on 10 ft goals. how can i increase my jump

  14. if you can hang from the rim with 2 hands,then u should be able to dunk one handed. try practicing palming the ball.

  15. DO NOT ever jump in ankle weights! that can lock ur knees and u can get “water on the knee”!

  16. no man i know ankle weights will mess up your legs but thats if you wear them to long

  17. ur either a young kid who doesnt know much but thats the best way to fuck up your knees man. ankle weights are a terrible thought. explosive strenght training and plyometrics in superset combos. works everytime

  19. best way to jump high is practice jumping. get ankle weights and just jump as high as you can 100 times then go running with them than jump around again

  20. 15 yrs ancient and im 5,8 and i can hang on the rim with 2 hands but cant dunk yet im 1 in off or 2 i need help
